    A: Northfield Mews is a pet-friendly community. We welcome cats and dogs, with some breed restrictions, and a two-pet limit per unit. A one-time non-refundable pet fee is required, along with a monthly pet rent. Please contact the office for details.
  • Q: Is there a pet fee?

    A: A one-time non-refundable $350 pet fee
  • Q: Is there a monthly pet rent fee?

    A: $25 monthly rent increase per pet
  • Q: How much is a security deposit?

    A: The deposit will typically be the first month’s rent. Security deposits may increase for conditionally approved applicants based on the outcome of the credit report.
  • Q: Are there additional fees for parking?

    A: There are no additional parking fees, garage and apron spaces as applicable.
  • Q: Are background checks required for applicants?

    A: Background checks are required and will be done through the application process.
  • Q: Is there an Admin fee?

    A: There will be an Admin fee due at time of lease as a one-time payment of $200.00. This will cover processing of the lease documents and a move-in fee that includes a walk-thru with Landlord representative at time of possession and wear and tear on road surfaces with complex due to moving trucks, etc.
  • Q: Do you have a month to month leases?

    A: Unless it is indicated in the listing, an initial 12-month lease agreement is standard for new leases.
  • Q: What are the typical leasing terms?

    A: Northfield Mews typically asks for a 12-month lease commitment from prospective residents in most circumstances. Length of leases can be discussed but are not guaranteed.
  • Q: Can I pay my application fee with a check?

    A: Yes, a check payable to Northfield Mews will be accepted, however, electronic payments are the preferred method of payment for an application fee.
  • Q: Can I complete a paper application instead of doing it online?

    A: No, it must be done online.
  • Q: How much is the application fee?

    A: There will be an application fee of $65
  • Q: Can I get a refund on my application fee if I am declined?

    A: The application fee is non-refundable.
